Mu süda ärka üles (Official Music Video) - Krishangi Lila

Mu süda ärka üles - O my Heart, awake from sleep an Estonian sacred folksong lyrics music and vocals - Krishangi Lila esraj - Jonathan Kay sufi percussion - Ziya Tabassian Mixing and mastering - Vagu Mazan Music video by Siiri Kumari featuring Gaura Nataraj Mu süda, ärka üles ja kiida Loojat lauldes. Lyrics by Paul Gerhardt (1607-1676) O my Heart, awake from sleep And sing to glorify the Primeval Creator He who grants us all virtues And also carries us through distress. And also carries us through distress… May Your grace remain mine And may my heart be Your temple Your Word my life’s nourishment Guiding me to Heaven. Your Word my life’s nourishment Guiding me to Heaven… Guiding me to Heaven… O my Heart, awake from sleep And sing to glorify the Primeval Creator He who grants us all virtues And also carries us through distress. He who grants us all virtues And also carries us through distress… Your word’s revealed as truth Thus I have seen the bright day No harm could ever befall me Sheltered as I am by Your might. No harm could ever befall me Sheltered as I am by Your might… Your might… Your might… Sheltered by Your might… My God, just as in the night You held me in Your palm Please, also carry me by day And send Your angels as my shielding shadows. Please, also carry me by day And send Your angels as my shielding shadows... In my efforts please help me Guide me to see what is right I leave it all solemnly in Your care What I shall do, for eternity. I leave it all solemnly in Your care What I shall do, for eternity… What I shall do, for eternity… May Your grace remain mine And may my heart be Your temple Your Word my life’s nourishment Guiding me to Heaven. Guiding me to Heaven… Guiding me to Heaven… May Your grace remain mine And may my heart be Your temple Your Word my life’s nourishment Guiding me to Heaven. Guiding me… Guiding me… translation by Tulasi Manjari The fairy tale theme in this music video brings you into the world of a fairy who looses her path and gets lost in darkness and drowns in the lake. She is saved by the other fairy of light who is connected to her in his heart and feels that she is in trouble. He is guided to find and save her and revive her with 5 elements of earth, water, fire, air and ether. But the revival is not complete without the component of love as the most important element of whole existence. Love wins.....Love rules.... Its a metaphoric story of a soul who comes into this world not thinking much of dangers that exist in the world. But sometimes a soul is allured by dark forces and misguided on her path of light and love. Drowning into darkness of the mind, one may live through the period of dark night of the soul where one feels lost, or feels like dead to everything that brought joy before. But each soul has his or her guardian angels who appear to save us in danger and are keeping an eye on us always. So does God keep always on eye on us, and guides us through this darkness. After the dark night of the soul, the soul has gone through a transformation and can be awakened to a greater Truth that is full of light and love. She becomes like a Queen who is wears of Crown of Dignity, Love and Humility.

Mu süda ärka üles (music video official teaser) - Krishangi Lila

Mu süda ärka üles - Oh My Heart, awake from sleep Krishangi Lila - vocals Jonathan Kay - esraj Ziya Tabassian - sufi percussion Gaura Nataraj - dance Music video by Siiri Kumari Mu süda ärka üles is an ancient Estonian folksong that came to me with a new melody when I was far from my home country Estonia, sitting at the riverside in Chiang Dao, facing the beautiful Doi Luang Mountain and somehow it reminded me Estonia with its ancient strong vibes that were present in the nature there. Recorded the percussion with Ziya Tabassian in Chiang Mai, and esraj with Jonathan Kay in Pondicherry, India. Blessed I was to collaborate with these two amazing musicians. Also grateful to Vagu Mazan doing the mixing and mastering in Chennai. And when I returned home, I was inspired by Siir Kumari fairylike fantasy photography art and asked her to make a video on this song. Three days of unforgettable experience of shooting together with an amazing bharat natyam dancer Gaura Nataraj, who is also a good friend of mine during the lightest nights in June in Estonia. Remember how we waited until 2 o clock at night to film the night scene cause it was at least little bit dark then. It was so much fun..... Even though the fairy theme is present in the video, it talks about the soul who has lost the path, and finding it back with Divine help set on her way. Like we all need guidance and support during the darkest moments in our lives when we cant see the light anymore. The single was just recently released and is available on https://open.spotify.com/track/22aRzCzRJgEttZoBaY8T39 The song is also on the album Lalasa, will be available from July 1 on Bandcamp, Spotify, iTunes etc. you can follow me www.krishangilila.com https://www.instagram.com/krishangilila

KASTURI TILAKAM - Krishangi Lila (Official Music video) (Krishna Bhakti Meditation Music)

Krishangi Lila – vocals Jonathan Kay – esraj Filip Gour – music video Vagu Mazan – mixing mastering Shyam-nam - producer Lyrics from Bilvamangal Thakura “Krsna Karnamrta” vol.2, verse 108 Kasturi tilakam lalata phalake Vaksasthale kaustubham Nasagre nava mauktikam Karatale venum kare kankanam Sarvange Hari candanam Ca kalayam kantecha muktavali Gopastri parivestito Vijayate Gopala cudamani Translation: All glories to cowherdboy Gopala who is adorned with tilaka marks of kasturi (musk) on His forehead and kaustubha jewel on his chest. His nose is decorated with a shining white pearl, the palms of His hands are gently holding a flute, his wrists are decorated with bracelets. His whole body is smeared with fragrant sandalwood paste and His neck is decorated with pearl necklaces. Gopal, the crownjewel of cowherds is victoriously standing in the midst of cowherd maidens. This verse of 8th century Krishna bhakti saint Bilvamangal Thakura has become a morning meditation for many Krishna bhaktas or devotees who are living in Braj, the area where Krishna lived 5000 years ago. Nowadays this land of Braj, with its towns and villages, fields and lakes has become a pilgrimage place for many, who seek the devotion and knowledge about bhakti tradition, the path of love and devotion. Every morning the air is filled with the scent of sandalwood, incense and morning chants; flower petals floating on the lakes and and gheelamp offerings lighting up the nights. On festival days thousands of pilgrims gather to go on a pilgrimage walk arounf the Holy Hill of Govardhana, also known as Giriraja. All these Giriraja devotees are blissfully chanting and singing songs often whole day and night long in order to glorify Their Beloved. This sweetness of Braj is undescribabale, and can be understood by experiencing it. With this video we wanted to share a drop of this beauty of the Land of Love that is filled with heart opening mysteries and beauty. Govardhana and Kusum Sarovara where the video shooting took place, are both sacred places where Krishna played and herd the cows every day. Kusum Sarovara, or Lake of Flowers was a place for Kilakinchita Lila, place where cowherdgirls came to pick flowers for Sungod Surya rituals and secretly met Krishna in the morning. www.krishangilila.com https://www.facebook.com/krishangi.lila https://www.instagram.com/krishangilila https://open.spotify.com/track/08YVJOzvf3l6HkprGXatlS?si=GO0vbSoJRqOFEcZZ2ioDNg
